How to prepare golden milk?

  • A glass of water
  • A saucepan
  • 1/3 cup of powdered turmeric

Put the water and turmeric in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for about 7 minutes, it should make a paste-like consistency in this time, and then set aside to cool.

  • To prepare the milk you need
  • A spoonful of paste
  • A cup of milk (cow, oat, soy or coconut milk)
  • Tbsp coconut oil, ghee butter (optional)

Place the milk in a saucepan and heat for a while so that it is warm. Then add the ingredients and mix well. Ready!

You can vary your drink with ingredients like tin nim, chili, cardamom, honey or agave syrup.
