It is worth putting two cloves of garlic inside the fish and then put it in the fridge for 2 hours so that the cod “goes through” the marinade. What is the next step? Remove the fish about 30 minutes before grilling – place on aluminum foil with a little butter and sprinkle with herbs. Wrap the whole thing tightly in foil and grill for 20-25 minutes.
