Coconut cream
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, then beat the former with a pinch of salt to a stiff foam. Add your favorite sweetener and coconut shavings. Combine ingredients well. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, set the toaster program on high and line a baking tray with baking paper. Then put the coconut in gentle intervals. After about 15-20 minutes the cookies will be ready.
You can also prepare the coconut cream with whole eggs, in which case there will be no problem with using the yolks. Both versions are equally tasty, but with egg whites the cookies are fluffier.
Peanut Butter Cookies
Put the measured amount of peanut butter in a bowl, add the egg and sweetener. Mix everything together, and then form small balls. These you can additionally press with a fork, so that they are not only flat and gain an interesting pattern. Place cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Instant tiramisu in goblets
Brew about half a cup of instant coffee and set aside to cool. Add the cream cheese and 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite sweetener to a bowl and whip to a stiff froth. Finally, add mascarpone cheese and mix everything well to a smooth cream.
In a decorative glass or goblets, arrange the sponge cakes soaked in coffee and then add the cream. Repeat the procedure. Depending on the height of the dish, you may end up with 2-3 layers. Finally, sprinkle the dessert with cocoa
